The Junction City Rural Fire Protection District Board of Directors meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm at Station 31, 1755 Juniper Street, Junction City, Or. The board may also schedule special meetings at other times when needed, and will post notice according to the Brown Act.

The Budget Committee consists of 5 appointed citizen members and the Board of Directors.  The Budget Committee Meeting is typically held in May to review and approve the District's budget for the upcoming fiscal year beginning July 1.
